After a quick warmup on the beach and as the moon rises in the sky, we will get onto our SUP boards for a magical yoga class under the moonlight. We will float beneath the stars and the glow of the moon as we glide into gentle yoga postures on the paddle board designed to help you release tension and improve your flexibility.
