Following the success of our introductory Psychodrama workshop and the wonderful feedback received from participants, we are delighted to invite you to join our ongoing monthly Psychodrama Group at Tree of Life Centre.
Psychodrama is a powerful experiential approach developed by J. L. Moreno. Rather than simply talking about life situations, participants are invited to explore them through movement, creativity, symbolism, role exploration and guided group processes.
